All interviews are and remain the property of B.E.P. talks and cannot be edited, reproduced in any format other than the original and, in all cases and at all times, may only be posted, shared, and promoted by B.E.P. talks and/or the interviewed party(ies).

This policy may be edited at any time and will apply to those interviews done subsequent to the change of policy date, which will be posted.

In all cases, the pre-existing policy will remain in full force and effect for interviews completed between the actual interview date and the posted date of the policy change.

At all times, the applicable privacy policy will be with the intention of preserving the integrity of all parties and with their best interests at heart.

B.E.P. talks retains the right to not publish interviews if, in its sole discretion, any content, including offers, products and/or services is determined to be significantly beyond its reliable viewing audience scope of acceptable standards. If such a determination is made, B.E.P. will refund fee paid.

Scheduling an interview indicates that you accept and will honor B.E.P. talks private policy.
